This is a simple wrapper for NetCDF C-library. It's packed together with a precompiled all-in-one netcdf.dll, but should also work with official builds when they become available.
Usage is fairly trivial, for example:

int ncid;
NetCDF.nc_open(fileName, NetCDF.CreateMode.NC_WRITE | NetCDF.CreateMode.NC_SHARE, out ncid); // opens a file
